FIIIIIINGER LICKIN' GOOD, AI ACTIVATION
I've never believed in using Ai as the idea. Ai should service the idea. But this was different. AI had a real, documented, widely-known flaw, it couldn't create hands correctly. Too many fingers. Every image looked wrong in the same specific way.
For most brands that's a problem. For a brand built on Finger Lickin' Good, it's a gift. I reframed the flaw as the feature. More fingers doesn't mean the AI failed, it means there's more to lick. Honestly, the brief wrote itself from there. We used Meta's AI tools to invite fans to generate their own images. Extra saucy nuggets, held by hands with too many fingers. The glitch became the campaign. We spent nothing on production. The internet did the rest.
